Hello! I (20F) naturally have double eyelids but dislike how hooded they are. My goals for surgery would be to make my eyes more stable and less hooded with a slightly higher crease (still tapered), but since my eyes are already a bit asymmetrical I’m unsure if my result after surgery would make the asymmetry even more noticeable? I would go in for consults but since I'm in Michigan it’s difficult to find doctors who have experience with asian eyes. Thanks!

Asian blepharoplasty is different from other eyelid surgery for both anatomical and aesthetic reasons. The shape, height and formation of the crease is different in Asian patients, so it's important to find a surgeon specializing in Asian blepharoplasty. Most surgeons who do not perform a lot...
You may benefit from revision upper blepharoplasty (to lower crease on the right and/or elevate on the left side) or right upper eyelid filler injection. Need more detailed evaluation to determine.
