A circumareola scar revision can be done under local anesthesia to improve your results. If you implants are underneath the muscle, that is why the pectoralis major muscle is causing them to deform.

I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your options. The scar may be improved with a revision. When an implant is placed submuscularly you may notice change to appearance when the pecs are flexed, but should return to normal when relaxed. If yours is exaggerated, the placement would need to be evaluated and other issues ruled out.

The scars can be revised to help remove the dent and micro-needling can be done to help minimize the scars. Contracting the muscle may produce dents.
