I know all surgeons have their own approach but I am just trying to narrow down the best approach. Past surgeon failed to perform a full lift (and caused a deformity I have been told a full lift will fix this issue and remove the indentations. One surgeon stated I have an IMF issue and I would be requiring a repair of the fold in addition to a lift. Most consults though have revealed that I only need a full lift and my fold is proper. What is the best repair/ procedure?
