breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

Those indentations indicate persistent vertical skin excess and are easily corrected by simply excising skin along the inframammary fold. However, if you were to go back to surgery, I believe other issues like nipple areolar complex asymmetries and vertical scar appearance should also be addressed to get the best possible outcome overall.

The horizontal crease was your old inframammary fold. This has to be released and you will need scar revision.
