In complex cases like yours, I find the best way to treat my patients is to remove the implants and allow the breast to heal. Then a plan can be devised to augment the chest. It appears that your implants are at different heights and that has caused toe NAC to be uneven. The location of the NAC may also be uneven however the implant are making this worse.
