What options do I have to make my breasts look better? They are making me so insecure and depressed (Photo)

Question

My breasts have undergone two surgeries. Two lifts and two different types of implants. I stared with small semi-tuberous shaped breasts and had very little breast tissue. My last surgery was in 2016. My nipples are too high, I have no natural looking crease underneath and they appear to look so thin and the skin is purple and red. I'm desperate for them to look more natural and normal. I am willing to be smaller chested. I'm wondering what options I have to make my breasts look better. TY!

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

Go down in size and have the excess skin removed from the inferior incision which will put your nipples back where they need to be. The vertical scars can be revised as well.  Mesh could be helpful. These implants are too large and heavy for your tissue and frame.

In complex cases like yours, I find the best way to treat my patients is to remove the implants and allow the breast to heal. Then a plan can be devised to augment the chest. It appears that your implants are at different heights and that has caused toe NAC to be uneven. The location of the NAC may also be uneven however the implant are making this worse.  Good Luck, find a surgeon with experience in complex breast issues.
