Pubic lift and thigh lift - should it be done before or after having kids? (Photos)

Question

I’ve had a large FUPA all my life. I’m a 33 year old female 123lbs at 5’4. I have always been very conscious about my under area and have just found out about this surgery. But I just got married and I want to have kids eventually. I really really want to do it but I’m afraid it would be a waste of money. Should I still do it or wait? Also would having this large fupa hinder my pregnancy in any way?

It’s a bit difficult to fully evaluate from photos, but from what I can see, you appear to have a fuller mons area, which is very common and can be treated successfully. There are several ways to address this: liposuction alone, liposuction combined with monsplasty (skin/tissue removal), or sometimes as part of a tummy tuck, where this area is often improved naturally through the lower incision and skin tightening.
If you don’t have significant skin laxity, liposuction alone can help flatten and contour the area. However, skin retraction varies for each person and depends on your tissue quality. 
Since you mentioned you plan to have children, I would recommend waiting until after pregnancy before undergoing any major abdominal/resection procedures. Pregnancy often stretches tissues, and waiting will help ensure your results are stable and long-lasting.
The most important step is to discuss your goals and expectations in detail with your plastic surgeon, so together you can decide the right timing and best approach for you.
