Hi, I had a rhinoplasty 11 years ago. My nose was shortened 2-3 mm. I cannot blow through my nose on the right side (nothing comes out) although I can clear my left side. The right side is harder to breathe through too and seems slightly collapsed. What causes a blockage of one side of the nose, so that you cannot blow your nose on that side?
