Hi I had a nasal tip operation over 20 years ago which hooked my nose and a full revision had to be done 2 years later. My nose remains an issue in the size and asymmetry of the nostrils and I’d appreciate your thoughts on what I should be looking to have done to attain a smaller more feminine nose. Thank you

Revision rhinoplasty can feminize your nose by refining the tip, narrowing the nostrils, and removing or adding cartilage grafts as needed to produce a harmonious result. The symmetry and size of your nasal structure should be taken into account to create a balanced appearance with the rest of your facial features. 
It’s essential to note that each subsequent nose surgery becomes more complex due to the loss of structural support and scar tissue. The importance of experience, expertise, and artistry cannot be overstated. Hi there! I can see what you're talking about. The likely best course of action is a revision rhinoplasty performed open to see exactly what's happening with the tip. When grafts are placed incorrectly or not enough support is provided, the nose can twist or deviate thus becoming unsightly. At the same time, the nose can be restructured to appear more balanced and feminine. This can be achieved on the front and profile views as well. The nostril symmetry can be refined, also.
