Uneven nose tip and nostrils - is this fixable with a revision rhinoplasty?

Hi, I had a rhinoplasty in 2009 but was left with an uneven tip and nostrils. Is this fixable? And what sort of cost would I be looking at?? I just need a rough estimate please. Thank you in advance.
