Uneven nose tip and nostrils - is this fixable with a revision rhinoplasty?

Hi, I had a rhinoplasty in 2009 but was left with an uneven tip and nostrils. Is this fixable? And what sort of cost would I be looking at?? I just need a rough estimate please. Thank you in advance.

It seems that you may need very fine nose base, nostril surgery, which may need multiple cartilage grafts like allar, possibly butterfly? In person consultation with a true expert in rhinoplasty is recommended. Good luck.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide nasal appearance and a nasal bridge that may be a drop too low. The feasibility of revision rhinoplasty would require an examination. We also recommend that your surgeon reviews your operative report and Preoperative photos. A dorsal nasal implant...

At 4 months this is normal. The firmest is part of the healing process that will take between 12-15 month. No a revision rhinoplasty will not fix this and shouldn't be do perform until the healing has occurred. These are questions that you should discuss with your surgeon.
