Is it normal for my skin to be peeling after nose for defatted?

In rhinoplasty patients who have undergone defatting, a peeling effect can be observed following Accutane treatment. If your doctor has prescribed such a medication, that be the cause of the peeling. Defatting the nasal tip flap is very common in Asian rhinoplasty as many patients have thick skin. This can be done too aggressively however and compromise the flap. However, given that the only changes that you are having is constant skin peeling, it does not seem that the tip skin was completely devascularized.

I would recommend seeing your original surgeon to see if there is anything that can be done to help with the constant peeling.
