An Asian rhinoplasty specialist will be able to comprehensively address the issues you have with your nose. One thing to keep in mind though is that there is a limitation to the amount of tip refinement you can achieve (how small/narrow) because of the thickness of your skin. While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist experienced in Asian rhinoplasty in order to achieve the best results possible. Using autologous grafts (tissue and cartilage from your own body) will provide the safest and most permanent results. Consult with 2-3 of these surgeons in person and determine your comfort level with their approach, demeanor, and before and after results. Good luck! @drdonyoo @asianrhinoplasty
I think it would be very difficult to achieve a nose like Bella Hadid. There are inherent differences in Asian and Caucasian noses that make this change difficult including differences in skin thickness and underlying cartilage structures. Additionally, having a nose like her's may not necessarily fit your face. With that being said, there are definitely changes that can be made to your nose to provide a more refined and pretty nose. Your nasal bridge can be raised to provide a more slim appearing dorsum and your nasal tip can also be changed to appear more narrow and refined.
Thank you for the question and photos and I would go on some consultations with experts that use digital photography to show you what can be accomplished with your nose and how it might be done and then look at photos of similar patients and become fully informed about the desired procedure Dr Corbin

Bella Hadid, on the other hand, has many problems that you cannot see because of photoshops. eg inverted V deformity, mid-roof collapse etc.
There are some who advocate for en-bloc or solid rib grafts for the dorsum and some who advocate for DCF. I am in the latter camp for the main . There have been many techniques described to minimize warping of rib cartilage but the concern is that there can be memory in the rib and can wrap...
From the picture, the bridge of the nose is relatively flat, tip is bulbous, and the nostrils are wide. This is typical for an Asian nose. Each area of the nose is addressed separately. The bridge or the dorsum of the nose need height and the best material is a synthetic material like...
