Is it possible to remove rib grafts in the nose?

It was mostly augmentation work for my primary. No prior deformities or nasal issues. I want to remove the the rib grafts and columellar strut graft on the tip. If I'm okay with the fact it won't look 100% like pre-op nose, and I'm okay with the less projected nose, can I remove all grafts? I like having a soft nose and having a nose that's 100% mine

Hello! Removing the rib grafts on the nose and on the columella; probably the augmentation and your skin is expanded. So, expect looser skin than the primary nose. For the tip, generally we do not just use columella grafts. Probably they did some reduction on the tip area. So, when you take out those grafts; it will be looser than before. Hence, it might be good to make some changes. Good grafts on the bridge can be removed. However, this issue must be assessed very individually through a consultation.
