It was mostly augmentation work for my primary. No prior deformities or nasal issues. I want to remove the the rib grafts and columellar strut graft on the tip. If I'm okay with the fact it won't look 100% like pre-op nose, and I'm okay with the less projected nose, can I remove all grafts? I like having a soft nose and having a nose that's 100% mine
