Which dorsal implant has the lowest risk of complications such as wrapping, reabsorption/absorption, shifting, etc. overtime? Which gives the best results for Asian rhinoplasty?

There are some who advocate for en-bloc or solid rib grafts for the dorsum and some who advocate for DCF.  I am in the latter camp for the main .

There have been many techniques described to minimize warping of rib cartilage but the concern is that there can be memory in the rib and can wrap over the short term and long term.

One of the concepts of DCF is that you are removing any memory in the cartilage because it is diced up and now is able to take the form of the enveloping fascia that the diced cartilage is placed into.  The individual diced fragments of cartilage solidify into a solid piece, without the concern for future warping.

Rhinoplasty of the Asian nose involves increasing the height f the  nasal dorsum. There are multiple artificial materials as well as autologous bone t In my practice I prefer carved iliac crest bone for increasing the nasal dorsum to attain this goal. I found this to be more rewarding and long-lasting procedure would least amount of warping and longevity.
