31/f. I've never had kids, and I've got 34 D-DD's that are on the droopy side with age.I know a lift and implants together are probably my best option, but i think I'd want to save any surgical procedures for the future after having children. In the meantime, is there anything I can do to improve the look? Will adding some fat to fill out just a little bit be bad for breastfeeding in the future? Or is there any skin tightening procedure I could do? anything to add mass?

Answer: Breast Laxity Thank you for your question. Pictures would be helpful. Without picture, the answers that you are going to get will be speculative in nature. To be sure what might be right for you, see two or more experienced, board-certified Plastic Surgeons for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have surgery. I hope this helps.

Answer: Bellesoma Method There is nothing non-surgical that can be done to help droopy breasts. Adding fat or implants will make the situation worse. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
