Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a good candidate for breast augmentation. You will not need a lift. The size of the implant is based on your particular goal and the measurements taken by your surgeon. You will be able to achieve your desired result.

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. Hello, thank you for your question. Yes there is a way to increase by half a cup size and that would with fat grafting. Fat grafting is a good option to consider if you want half a cup size increase in your breast. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your options. Feel free to check our our before and after page.

determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.

Your breasts are low on the chest wall and widely separated. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for subglandular breast augmentation with textured anatomic implants. Subglandular (above the muscle) implant position allows the surgeon to give you more cleavage. The textured anatomic implants are more effective at correcting mild breast ptosis (drooping) like yours.

Hi and thank you for your question. By the photos you added, it appears as though your nipples are in a good place (at most projected aspect of breast). Typically, the best way to choose an implant size is to match the base width of the breast to the base width of the implant. If you are looking for a more natural/less augmented look, a lower profile implant is the way to go. With this in mind, a half or cup size increase only would likely be possible while helping to add a bit of fullness (without a lift).

You do not appear to need a lift, and smaller implants with a low or moderate profile should do well in you.

From your photos you appear to be a good candidate for breast augmentation. A lift is not indicated for you. You can consider a small implant to help give you some added fullness without too much volume. Your board certified plastic surgeon is your personal expert in assisting you in selecting the implant that best meets your surgical goals.
