Hello, thank you for your question. Yes you can do that however given your breast anatomy you may not get the results that you want in your wish pic. I would suggest speaking to your plastic surgeon about your questions and what the pros and cons are for each. Fore more information feel free to check out our website.
Thanks for sharing! Ultimately, I think you would be happier with a lift. Please be sure to seek consultations with board-certified plastic surgeons who specialize in breast surgery. Good luck!
Thank you for your question regarding having a breast augmentation without a lift and for including photos. Ultimately, this should be your decision to make as long as your surgeon is very clear on realistic expectations. To be sure, see two or more experienced, licensed and board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have treatment.I hope this helps.
Hi and thanks for sharing! Is there a specific reason why you do not want a lift?? are you concerned about the scars? pain?? consulting with a board certified surgeon, may help clarify some of these concerns. Based on your pictures, I believe that you would benefit from both the augmentation and the lift. Another thing to consider, is the volume that you have selected. Large implants will be heavy and overtime worsen droopiness of the breasts. During a consultation, your surgeon could also help you try different sizers to determine what would be best for you based on your exam and goals.
That would not be my recommendation but you will have no problem finding a surgeon to do what you describe. I think it’s a mistake
Dear Pepsilover27,determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
You would only be a candidate to get an implant along with a lift. You have to remember that implants do NOT lift the breast so in your case if you just got an implant without a lift you would not look good as your breasts would be falling off of your implant giving a very bizarre look especially since you are electing a very, very, very large implant.
From your photos you will have the best outcome from a breast augmentation with a lift. Implants alone will add volume, but it may be a result that you are not happy with. I encourage you to go on a few consultations with board certified plastic surgeons near you and listen to varying professional opinions.
Yes, you may find someone who will cram that size in you, but it would not be your best choice. You need a lift and should choose a size that will compliment your frame and tissue, not over power you.
