Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

These are great pictures. I think you would be a great candidate for Facetite. Facetite is a minimally invasive procedure that only requires a few tiny incisions. It focuses on fat reduction and improving skin laxity. Morpheus 8 can also address adipose tissue and skin laxity, but will require you to start with 3 treatments to see the best results. Both procedures use radiofrequency energy. Facetite uses the small incisions to introduce a hand piece under the skin to deliver energy. On the other hand, Morpheus delivers energy through a hand piece placed on top of the skin, no incisions needed. I hope this information helps! Take care.

Hello! There's a small chance that Morpheus8 will help with your double chin. Only a physical consultation would confirm this, but it seems that you need both FaceTite and Morpheus8. FaceTite will suck fat out (basically a mini liposuction) and Morpheus8 will tighten the skin and target some fat, but in your case not enough on its own.

The best recommendation will come from an in person evaluation, however based on your photos it appears you may be a candidate for FaceTite with Morpheus8 treatments. If you have good skin elasticity then these procedures should help to firm up the area. If there is fat present, liposuction could be added to help improve contours.

From the photographs presented, there are several issues going on regarding your chin and neck. First of all you have a recessive chin profile because your mandible never grew far enough forward. Consider placement of the chin implant to augment the chin forward. You also have significant fat deposits located both above and below the platysma muscle in the neck. A surgical neck lift is required to remove the fat deposit below the platysma muscle, while open Lipoction is used to remove the fat deposits above the platysma muscle. A platysma plasty is also performed to significantly improve the jawline. A chin implant and a necklift procedure can be performed together under one anesthetic with one recovery period.
