Can I get Morpheus8 AFTER Botox?

Question

I'm getting Botox on my masseter in a few days and getting a morpheus8 treatment exactly 14 days later. Is this ok or should I reschedule the Morpheus8 appointment? I don't want it to mess up my Botox

Your timing should suffice. Morpheus treatment can be performed after Botox injections in the masseter and your timing is conservative and safe.

In my opinion, it would be fine to have a Morpheus8 treatment 14 days after having had Botox to the masseter muscles.  The treatment should not affect your Botox.

In theory, the RF energy and microneedling should not interfere with a neurotoinx treatment that is done at least 2 weeks prior. RF & microneedling affect the skin; neurotoxin affects the muscles. However, minimal manipulation of the areas treated with neurotoxin should be avoided for at least 2 weeks to avoid migration of the neurotoxin. And one should make sure there are no adverse changes and/or reactions from the neurotoxin treatment in general before any other facial/skin treatment regardless of timing without consulting with a health care provider experienced with neurotoxin treatments. Thanks for your question! I would recommend waiting 7-14 days post Botox injection to have a Morpheus8 treatment. Botox works by temporarily paralyzing the muscle and by 14 days, your Botox should be in full effect and unaffected. It is recommended to wait a full year after filler to have a Morpheus8 treatment due to the risk of melting the filler.

Morpheus and fillers can be used in combination.  I recommend waiting at least a month between botox and morpheus

Hi and thanks for your question!You are correct that the timing of Botox injections and Morpheus treatment need to be coordinated.However, your Botox effect should be at its maximum by 14 days later, so it would be safe to have your Morpheus treatment at that time.

Yes you can get Botox after Morpheus8. Ideally you can get the Botox injected 2 months prior or two weeks after the Morpheus8 treatments. BTW, your results would be much better with both. :) let me know if you have any other questions,

There's nothing quite as good as getting Morpheus right after injections like fillers and Botox. A full complement treatment of Botox for muscles, fillers for volume loss and static wrinkles and Morpheus to rejuvenate the skin and stimulate collagen and elastin production is the best!
