If I am 110 pounds and I have liposuction on multiple areas of my body that equate to a total of a 3 pound weight loss once inflammation subsides, do I adjust my caloric intake to that of a 107 pound person or do I keep my caloric intake at the level it is now? My goal would be to maintain my weight after the liposuction procedure. So if I end up losing 4 pounds and I’m 106, I want to maintain that weight and not gain. Does that mean I lower my calories from what I’m eating at 110 pounds?
Answer: Weight After liposuction it is best to maintain your weight and engage in regular exercise to keep your results looking great. Rather than focusing on calories alone it is better to look at eating healthy. You can work with a nutritionist and a trainer to work with you if needed. Answer: Calories Everyday, your weight will fluctuate a few pounds depending upon when and what you ate and drank. Liposuction is not for weight loss, but for stubborn areas of fat. I would suggest eating how you normally do. At 100 pounds, you will not have 3 pounds of fat.
