Lipoma under the chin - how difficult would this be to remove? (Photos)

Brenda31
I've had doctors (head and neck surgeons) that said they wouldn't want the responsibility of removing a lipoma from under the chin area because of the nerves. Other consults I had were "no big deal" - half an hour and done, only local anesthesia (similar to a tooth extraction). Back home in an hour. Simple. Another consult was with a plastic surgeon who said that there must be 3 doctors present, a plastic surgeon (him) and then another doctor for facial nerves, third an anesthesiologist. How many doctors I talk to that is how many opinions I get. Because of that - as a patient, I am concerned that so many experts have different opinions. Not sure how to proceed and find that expert who is confident with the procedure and the chin area. Please advise. Thank you.
