Hard, Non-Moving Lump in Pubic Area for 6 Months – Not Painful, Reddish Color. Dermatofibroma, angioma, or deep cyst? (Photos)

Dr0780
I’m a 26-year-old male and I’ve had a small, firm lump in my pubic area for about 6 months. It’s painless, doesn’t move under the skin, and has a pinkish to reddish-purple color. It hasn’t changed in size much, but it’s not going away either. It doesn’t have a white or black head, and it’s not filled with pus. When I press on it, it’s firm and feels slightly deep under the skin. I’m trying to figure out if this could be a dermatofibroma, angioma, or some kind of deep cyst. I’ve attached two clear photos for reference. ▪️ Does this look like something benign that I can leave alone? ▪️ Will it go away on its own or should I get it removed? ▪️ Is an ultrasound helpful in identifying what it is? Thank you!
