How can I fix eyebrow paralysis and eyelid drooping after forehead lipoma removal? (Photos)

lolitavat
I had a forehead lipoma removed, but during the procedure, they damaged (or removed) my “eyebrow” nerve. Unfortunately, I can no longer move my entire eyebrow, and it also caused my eyelid to droop. There’s also a small hole on the side of my forehead. My family has noticed a small bump that feels similar to the original lipoma, but I think it’s just scar tissue. Keep in mind, the lipoma was about the size of a 50-cent US coin. What can be done to fix this? Do I need an eyebrow lift? One doctor also suggested injecting Botox into the hole area. the procedure was done in 2022
