Which procedure would help me achieve lips similar to Adriana Lima? (photo)

I have a longer philtrum than Adriana Lima, I think. I don't necessarily want to make my lips bigger but it would be nice, but again not necessary! I just want a philtrum like her

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You would benefit from a lip lift. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Yes - we do this all the time. We take tissue from the lip, from behind the ear, from a scar elsewhere on the body, or from other surgery (e.g. a facelift) to use in the lip.

Your lips in this photo look normal and natural. However, if you want to restore lip there are many ways. We use tissue grafts or fat, depending upon where the issue is and what needs to be restored.
