Which procedure would help me achieve lips similar to Adriana Lima? (photo)

I have a longer philtrum than Adriana Lima, I think. I don't necessarily want to make my lips bigger but it would be nice, but again not necessary! I just want a philtrum like her

It should be completely numb after the numbing. The numbing itself might be painful depending on how slowly it is done. The infraorbital and mental nerve block from inside your mouth should completely numb up your lips. The arm need local also and tumnescent is painful but only for 5 mins.

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You would benefit from a lip lift. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
