What can be done to correct the appearance of my split lip 5 years after accident? (photo)

5 years ago a phone was accidently trown by a kid at me and it cause my top lip to split. I went to the er but by the time they took me in it was too late for the doctors to work on it. I was just left to heal on it own but I’m still very insecure and wanted to see if there’s anything I could do to fix it
