Upper eyelid: Is there a way to remove the highlighted areas of my upper eyelids (1st image)? So the result should be that the upper eyelid is more aligned to my eyebrows/brown ridge (2nd image), if you get what I mean :) Lower eyelid: Is there a way to lift the lower eyelid upwards, specifically the lateral canthus, to achieve a more neutral/positive canthal tilt using only fillers? (3rd image) My ultimate goal is to have relatively small and wide eyes, like in image 2

Based on your pictures, I don’t see the need for treatment or surgical intervention.
You can always have a few in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community if you’d like.
