I'm 22. I've never had anything done before. What should my first cosmetic procedure be? I'm a bit scared of complicated and risky surgeries.

You are a great candidate for a genioplasty. Your chin is a little recessed, but by bringing it forward, we would create more projection to help balance out your profile. An added benefit of a genioplasty is it will also elongate your jawline (which has great definition). The entire procedure is done through the mouth, which means no external scarring. It is hard to say completely without a full profile photo or one from the front, but your nose appears to fit your face fairly well. With a genioplasty it will look even better. A rhinoplasty is a longer and more complicated surgery, so a genioplasty sounds like a better place to start for your first surgical procedure. As far as I can understand from your question your chin is farther back than your face and it makes you nose even bigger and create more inappropriate side profile.
