You are a great candidate for a genioplasty. Your chin is a little recessed, but by bringing it forward, we would create more projection to help balance out your profile. An added benefit of a genioplasty is it will also elongate your jawline (which has great definition). The entire procedure is done through the mouth, which means no external scarring. It is hard to say completely without a full profile photo or one from the front, but your nose appears to fit your face fairly well. With a genioplasty it will look even better. A rhinoplasty is a longer and more complicated surgery, so a genioplasty sounds like a better place to start for your first surgical procedure. Our office provides virtual or in-person consultations if you would like to discuss options further.
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question your chin is farther back than your face and it makes you nose even bigger and create more inappropriate side profile. For gain more proportional side face and elegant nose I recommend you chin implant and rhinoplasty. Best Regards!
Hi from Istanbul! Based on your concerns, a chin implant procedure, or genioplasty, would be an excellent choice for enhancing your side profile. This straightforward procedure leaves no scars when done with intraoral incisions and has a fast recovery period with rare complications. However, it's important to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon for an individual assessment. Despite your initial concerns, a skilled surgeon can ensure your safety and satisfaction during this cosmetic journey. Hope this helps, best of luck!
From your photo I don’t think you need anything at all. Your nose and chin are fine. You could try fillers but they end up costing a lot over time.,
The limited photograph demonstrates the recessive mandible and chin. Consider placement of a chin implant under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure. This will help with facial balance and proportions, especially with respect to your nose. If you're interested in rhinoplasty, please post a full set of facial photographs
