I’ve noticed my nostrils have taken a weird shape after rhinoplasty. What is this? Is it difficult to fix? Who can fox this. I would like to have rounded looking nostrils again.

If you want your nose shortened it’s actually pretty simple to do and I think would make a nice improvement in the appearance of your nose. I would do no more steroid injections
It can be a too deeply placed columellar strut or it can be a so called "septal extension graft" which is fixed to the caudal septum to reshape your tip. The graft length, size or shape can be adjusted so that the pulling of the columella can be eased. It may not need a full revision rhinoplasty...
