Is this Alar Notching/ Retraction? (Photo)

Question

I’ve noticed my nostrils have taken a weird shape after rhinoplasty. What is this? Is it difficult to fix? Who can fox this. I would like to have rounded looking nostrils again.

I understand your concern about your nostrils. for a better appearance of your nostrils I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery Your doctor will be use external graft for reshape your nostrils.

You can try filler (a non permanent one first to see if you like it and then switch to a more permanent one such as Bellafill). Of course, look out for an experienced injector.
