Why does my nose have indents or bump after steroid injections after rhinoplasty? (Photo)

I had my rhinoplasty a year and five months ago. six months post op I had my first steroid injection after that I had four more. After the third or fourth injection my nose changed a lot. The shape is not what it used to be and now it has indents or bumps on the tip. My nose now looks too pointy, and when I smile it kinda droops down. I am just as self-conscious as I was before the nose job. I just want to know if there’s a way to fix this without a revision and as soon as possible please :*(
