Deep rippling after mastectomy - advice? (photos)

Double nipple sparing mastectomy. 380 cc's put in over the muscle at the time of mastectomy. Plastic surgeon had warned there might be some ripples and showed me pictures. They looked like if you turn them the right way you might see a ripple. I look like I was swiped by a bear claw. Pectoral muscles should be fine. Called him and sent pics he said I would never operate on you because you are too skinny (I am not) and I have no breast tissue to cover the implant. I HAD A MASTECTOMY.

Good morning, I see what you mean- it's sort of got a double bubble and an odd bulge- I would consider a revision of the capsule on that side with possible insertion of a sheet of Strattice mesh to help smooth it out!
