Double nipple sparing mastectomy. 380 cc's put in over the muscle at the time of mastectomy. Plastic surgeon had warned there might be some ripples and showed me pictures. They looked like if you turn them the right way you might see a ripple. I look like I was swiped by a bear claw. Pectoral muscles should be fine. Called him and sent pics he said I would never operate on you because you are too skinny (I am not) and I have no breast tissue to cover the implant. I HAD A MASTECTOMY.

Bottomed-out implants may happen with larger implants, disrupted inframammary fold, and thinner skin flaps. It seems that your surgeon tried to stabilize pockets with acceptable procedures twice. At this point, I think getting a second opinion is the next reasonable step...
