It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. You are a great candidate for rhinoplasty with the Piezo technique. I would like to remove the hump, narrow the nose base, reduce the projection of your nose, fix the crookedness, and reduce the size of the wings and nostrils to make your nose smaller and narrower while still maintaining its masculinity.
