Is it possible to keep my same nose shape but make more narrow? (Photos)

I love my nose shape as it is considered a button nose but over time, I have noticed my bridge and the bottom of my nose getting wider. This bothers me. I don’t want a different shape just more narrow. Is this possible?

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question, you have very thick skin in tip of your nose. Your nose can be a little slimmer with rhinoplasty but you need to be patient about the recovery stage. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!

Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty, I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

Yes, absolutely. You have a nice nose shape. We can simply narrow the nose along the sides and tip to restore more of the shape you had in the past.  That can be done, likely, without any stitches in the tip of the nose (done completely through the inside).
