Best fix for sagging thighs after failed lipo (2 years post-op)? (photo)

Question

28yo woman, 2 years after lipo of inner thighs to fix hip dips. Clearly, hip dips were not filled, but I've since given up on ever loving them. My concern now is just my terrible sagging thighs. Would a medial thigh lift work, or is there anything cheaper? I spent $10k to do absolutely nothing but botch myself, and now I cant wear anything shorter than knee length. (Surgeon said there was some laxity from weight loss/gain I'd had in my teens, but no idea itd be this bad.)

The thigh lift surgery does not affect the upper knee area. The scar is usually worse than expected. My recommendation for you is to use an energy system like Renuvion J Plasma or a chemical agent like Sculptra or Lanluma (PLA) to tighten the loose skin on the inner and front thighs, which stimulates collagen production.

You have loose skin and some cellulite.  A thigh lift would be an option but first I'd suggest a tightening procedure like BodyTite or Renuvion.

Delivering consistent quality Liposuction results is much more difficult than most people realize.The number of plastic surgeons who approach mastery of this kind of work is in reality very small.On top of this inner thigh, Liposuction is one of the most technically difficult areas.
