But doctor make my arms so skinny I’m not happy with shape so can transfer fat from my stomach to my arms and can inject silicone injection to the arms but i'm not sure how the result gonna look but about selicone injections can be for arms too I’m not sure

Even if it's medical grade, liquid silicone injections should not be done to the arms or any other area. Liquid silicone can shift within the body due to gravity. It would be a more sensible choice to perform fat transfer to reduce the disproportionate thinness in your arms.

Injecting fat  or even worse silicone never seems to help arms that have too much loose skin.  The new advanced arm tucks where the incision  is  hidden in the arm pits is the best option and  is done under local. You will be so glad  you did it.
