Hi I am a 51 yr old. I had an upper and lower Bleph in 2017. I am so overly disappointed with my results. My beautiful almond eyes now look rounded, sunken and surgically deformed. I am depressed beyond words and despise photos of myself. Is this repairable??

Hello, From the picture I've seen, if you want an almond shape look, it can be done by doing the epicanthoplasty, which changes the shape of the medial side of your eyes. Also, the distance between your eyes is a bit wide, and the lacrimal lake isn't showing, so you are the perfect indication...
I can see why you want revision of the lids. But fat transfer has no place in the procedure. I would need to examine your lids closely to determine what technique to use.
A surgery such as eyelid symmetry and eyelid removal of the crease may align your eyes and have better form your looking for. Please see a board-certified plastic reconstructive surgeon to see what operation would be suit you in your current health condition.
