I am considering an under eye skin pinch. My concern is that removing even a conservative amount of skin could result in the eye appearing smaller or a different shape. I understand the risks of the eyelid pulling down, but aside from that risk, can a successful under eye pinch give the illusion of a change to the eye shape or size?
