Procedures to fix baggy eyes? (photos)

Hi, in the first photo my baggy eyes weren’t as bad, but then I had hyaluronic acid put into them in order to fix them and right eye started looking worse, I’ve had a hyaluronidase session done already and it didn’t help at all, wondering if there are other procedures I could try, thank you for the help.
