2 years ago I had a blepharoplasty surgery to fix ptosis in one eye. My first attempt at surgery was a failure, after 6 months the eyelid was in the same position. The surgeon acknowledged this and booked me in for a repeat. After the second, the eyelid was in a better position, however, I noticed the eyelid had an odd 'roll of skin', like when your belly wrinkles when you sit. I was told it would heal with time. 1.5 years later, and the result is a large scar across the lid. How, why & Fixable?
