I had double eyelid surgery eight months ago to address fairly severe eyebags. It seems to me that, particularly in the right eye, the doctor may have removed too much fat as there is a slight scooped appearance. Also, the uppers seem a bit asymmetrical as there is a bit of a peak on the right side. Would like some expert advice as to whether I should ask him to address these issues or if this is a normal, expected result. Thanks.

On this photo, it appears that your eyelid scars have separated and healed secondarily, what created this hollowness?? It is possible that just simple scar revision will correct deformities without need for fat grafts. In person consultation with board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon...
You would need lower eyelid surgery on the right side and likely a lift of the muscle for both upper lids; costs range from 4500-7000, depending on your location.
It looks like a sebaceous cyst from your photo. It is hard to tell with just the photo but excisional biopsy (removal of lesion and sending to pathology) would likely be the best route.
