Struggling with hollowness after eyelid correction. Will fat injections help hollowness on the inner corners of my eyes? (Photo)

On this photo, it appears that your eyelid scars have separated and healed secondarily, what created this hollowness?? It is possible that just simple scar revision will correct deformities without need for fat grafts. In person consultation with board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. Filler injection may be an option for the hollowness. Upper blepharoplasty can help with the skin. I do not believe you need brow lift. But need to have more detailed evaluation in consultation to determine appropriate treatment plan.
