Would diced cartilage block blood vessel?

There is nothing to worry about. The cartilage will not migrate into blood vessels. Butt fat transfer is different. Fat enters the blood stream because the surgeon unknowingly injects fat into blood vessels in the buttock region. The situation in rhinoplasty with DCF is entirely different.
