Hello, I'm looking to get top surgery in the process of gender reassignment. I wonder if it's possible to remove breast tissue using waterjet-assisted liposuction as an alternative to classic methods requiring incisions on the skin. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

It is possible to reduce breast volume with Liposuction, Nevertheless, there should be no excess skin and you must consider that breast Gland does not come out with Liposuction (just fat is aspirated).
