Has 90% of breast tissue been removed? Do I require a revision?

I got FTM top surgery 1 year ago through a combination of bodyjet liposuction and keyhole incision. My surgeon claims that 90% of breast tissue was removed, but I don't think that's accurate. Do you think that 90% of breast tissue was removed? Do I require a revision? Also, I had complications on my left nipple which left me with an inverted nipple, scarring (from skin necrosis) and loss of pigmentation, how can that be corrected? Thank you in advance.
