If I get intramuscular buttock implants, and the results don't look as good in 6 months to a year (think of someone with a lot of internal scar tissue, so complicated to determine), can I get another (thinner) implant on top of the muscle subfacially (or partially within the muscle plane) without removing the previous ones? Are there situations when a surgeon who usually places implants via intramuscular technique chooses subfacial technique, And vice versa?
