Dear court81,5 years after surgery your results are final so you should be able to sleep on your back. Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
In response to your question, my answer is no. This far out from your surgery, the whatever fat that has been transferred or grafted to your buttocks has taken. The only things that would alter any sort of result at this time would be fluctuations in your weight.
Your results were more or less determined at six months and do not change and then on.Your sleep position at it this point irrelevant regarding your results which have been permanent for quite some time.Best,Mats Hagstrom Md

Dear Martrice, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. The history of lumbar fusion is not a contraindication for BBL surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more...
Hi, Based on the visible areas of your body I think you have enough excess fat to create a significant change in the appearance and shape of the buttock that provides you with the desired "A" shaped buttocks. Best results are obtained with experienced plastic surgeons. Good luck.
