Hello and thank you for your question. A formal evaluation would be needed to determine the best treatment. There are both surgical and non-surgical options to correct this, depending on your specific situation.

A complete set of photos without smiling or an in person exam is needed to determine if you are a good candidate for the procedure. A lower blepharoplasty can contour the under eye area by removing excess skin as well as redraping herniated fat. The result is a smoother, more youthful eye. Your eyebrows are below the orbital rim. You would benefit from a browlift. This will lower the hairline, decrease the vertical height of the forehead and pull the eyebrows up higher. It would also clean up the skin laterally as you have crows feet. You would also benefit from a lower blepharoplasty to transposition fat to decrease the bagging.
