Persistent eyelid tightness 1 year after upper blepharoplasty (Photos)

I had Asian upper n lower blepharoplasty a year ago. My crease are too high where the ps left visible scars above my eyelid crease. I can close my eyes fully but I have extreme tightness in my upper eyelid when I open n shut my eyes. He used steroids n 5FU but it only made me swollen n bruised and didn’t rectify the tightness. Do I need a revision? Nobody I know has experienced this issue and I can’t find anyone on this site experiencing a similar situation.
