I don’t think posting on this website is going to help you find the right provider. There may be plenty of providers reaching out to you, but that doesn’t mean that they have the skill and experience needed. Your post does not describe what you’re trying to achieve other than to find a good provider. All people have significant facial asymmetry. In most individuals, the left eye socket sits higher in the skull than the right side and this appears to be true for you as well. Your left eyeball with brow and eyelids does not lineup and this is not a soft tissue issue, but it is a skeletal Issue that is typical and normal. I don’t see a good indication for surgical intervention to correct your ocular asymmetry because it’s primarily based on skeletal structure. If you put each thumb in the top of your eye socket and look in the mirror, you’ll see that the thumbs don’t line up. It’s also quite normal to have some difference in soft tissue coverage with slightly different upper eyelids on both sides for many people. I simply don’t see a good indication for doing surgery on you. To find the right provider, I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations to see what each provider has to say. If you’re contemplating having surgery, it should always start by having a clear understanding of what the underlying problem or ideology is. Without a proper diagnosis no one should start doing surgery. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
