I had upper eyelid surgery six months ago. One of my eyes has developed what looks like a bulge or sagging skin. Can this be corrected and how soon?
Answer: Bulge 6 months after upper blepharoplasty Dear Dissapointed23 Thanks for your question and sharing your photographs. It is difficult to make a decision just by looking at your photographs but generally any bulge is either due to some residual excess skin or some fat herniation. Looking at your photos, I can see you are relatively young therefore it is probably due to excess skin rather than fat herniation. A clinical exam also can help assessing position of your brows which might help improve things.I hope you find this explanation useful.

Answer: Bulge after upper blepharoplasty It may be possible to revise. It is best to bet in touch with your Plastic Surgeon since an examination in person is best to make assessments rather than on a photo.

Answer: Revision Upper Blepharoplasty Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for revision upper blepharoplasty to re-create a more defined crease and remove excess skin. You may want to follow up with your previous surgeon. If not, you can consult with another surgeon and have him/her evaluate you in person and discuss your options. #drdonyoo

Most likely extension to include excess skin laterally would improve the appearances. Fee $2,000, under local anesthesia. Best to virtual consult with...
