Can this bulge 6 months after upper eyelid surgery be corrected? (Photos)

Thanks for your question and sharing your photographs.It is difficult to make a decision just by looking at your photographs but generally any bulge is either due to some residual excess skin or some fat herniation. Looking at your photos, I can see you are relatively young therefore it is probably due to excess skin rather than fat herniation.

Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for revision upper blepharoplasty to re-create a more defined crease and remove excess skin.
