Areola shape and size after revision - can this be fixed? (Photo)

These are the results of my second mastopexy. I got a revision because my implants flipped. I was very satisfied with the appearance of my areola after my first procedure; however, my final results from my last procedure are not great. My aerolas are noticeably different shapes, sizes, and don't have a clean shape. Can this be fixed? How?
