Hello, I am small 5'7", 105lbs and had a very nice butt before I decided to try BBL. The BBL was a fail and resulted in an elongated sagging crease. Anyone with experience restoring volume in that area (fat, renuva, sculptra)???? Yes. I am aware of the butt tuck and I am yet to see a before/after with more than marginal outcomes. Answer: Treatment for sagging buttock fold… Buttock “sagging” is usually a combination of loss of volume or deflation and/or the effect of aging and gravity. So, I personally first treat patients like you by restoring volume to the buttock with a buttock implant (BBL is a clearly not an option for you and bound for 100% failure, period). This will create a more desirable smooth and rounded perky buttock profile. If not adding volume with an implant, the buttock will be shortened but may appear more flat with just a buttock lift. A lower buttock tuck is usually then performed at six months following implants. In this sequence, the implants have fully settled into final position so that any remaining loose skin can be most accurately identified and removed with the lower buttock tuck. Note, Skin tightening devices such as J-plasma, ultrasound, laser, radiofrequency will all fail in your case. Please note, because an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants, you may have to travel away from your local area to seek consultation with this particular type of surgeon. Especially in inferior lose of definition in skin inferior gluteal folds. As you can imagine if it improves your results then great if not - well you tried. Expect fees for 20 vials of Sculptra (10/side)to be in ranges of $5,900 to $15,000 depending upon area of USA. Good Luck.
