I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You can absolutely correct your concern. You had too much volume added up high and you are a little asymmetry, These can be fixed under local and will require reshaping of your buttock by removing fat and transferring it to needed areas lower on your buttock at the mid butt level rather than up high. In order for us to make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure we need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask your provider to forward the ones they took.

If you’re not happy with the outcome of your procedure then you should follow up with your provider and discuss having a revision.
